Frequently asked questions
Is the reimbursement audit really free?
Yes. It's included in Sellerfy's 7-day free trial, and no credit card is needed to start. If you keep using Sellerfy self-serve, there's still no commission on the reimbursements you recover.
How long does the audit take?
Recent orders and inventory appear within minutes of connecting your Amazon account. The full financial history can take up to 24 hours to sync, after which your recovery worklist fills in.
What does Sellerfy check?
Sellerfy syncs your fees, reimbursements and financial transactions from your Selling Partner account and compares them with your actual unit costs, flagging anything Amazon reimbursed below your real cost or didn't reimburse at all.
Do I have to give Sellerfy my Amazon password?
No. You connect through Amazon's official Selling Partner API authorization, and you can revoke access at any time from Seller Central.
Does Sellerfy file the claims for me?
Two ways. Sellerfy drafts each case with the evidence Amazon asks for, and you review it and file it. Or hand it off: Sellerfy's claims team files and follows up each case for you, working as an Authorized Partner you approve in your Seller Central account, with only the permissions you choose. Either way you track every claim from found to filed to paid.
